Freya Hammar
Freya Hammar is a first-year Ph.D. student in Dr. Andrew Allen's lab at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO). With a background in molecular biology, she specializes in digital communication and accessibility, ensuring that complex scientific projects are presented in a clear, engaging manner. She began working part-time as a scientific illustrator in 2022, and took over development of the GASP website in 2024.
